Hours before this is being written, the US House Intelligence Committee released “The Trump-Ukraine Impeachment Inquiry Report”. I haven’t had a chance to go through the 300-page report, though I have gone through its thorough Executive Summary. 

None of the report’s substance changes what I wrote when the formal inquiry began: Trump will remain victorious through this necessary process.

For those living in a bubble watching too much MSNBC or CNN, you have to keep at least one thing in mind. Trump’s high level of support remains virtually untouched. And some of that support is extremely loyal. (Take a look at his strong support from a significant number on the religious right, who sincerely believe that Trump is bringing “God’s Kingdom on Earth” – our feature article this week.)

At the end of the day, you have a higher chance of meeting Elvis or 2pac this Christmas than Trump does of being held guilty for impeachment by the Republican-controlled Senate
