Dear Readers,
This week marks a year since iDose Magazine hit the internet and was launched into existence.
Like all of you, in September 2019 I was clueless about the hideous surprises that the near future would throw into our lives.
A global pandemic was able to grip the entire world in 2020 and is still confronting us.
It is no longer absurd to ask whether the liberal democratic foundations of the United States are strong enough to withstand being knocked over by the winds of creeping authoritarianism.
Both realities are unfolding as some of the world’s largest technology platforms greet us with enthusiasm to spread deception and lies if it translates into more money rolling in.
It may be true that we have slipped into an era that is even more hostile to objectivity and truth.
Though iDose remains committed to these ideals even if they are unfashionable.
And as part of our large and growing global audience, we know that you love us all the more for it.
Thank you, stay safe and stay tuned.
